1. Use the Stepper regularly, at least three times per week.
2. Take big steps and make your legs do the work.
3. Use the Stepper's handrails only for light support. Don't lean on the handrails. Operating the equipment with bad posture can result in back strain.
4. Stand tall on the Stepper and look forward.
5. Start slowly. Adjust the resistance and speed as your ability progresses.
6. For a more difficult workout, experts recommend letting go of the Stepper's handrails for several steps at a time-but be careful not to lose your balance.
